中文摘要: 量子点敏化TiO2分级纳米结构可大幅提高光谱吸收量和拓展光谱范围,实现电子空穴的快速分离,改善载流子输运特性,提高光电转换效率,具有重要研究价值。本项目拟以量子点敏化TiO2分级纳米结构太阳能电池研究中存在的瓶颈问题为突破点,设计并可控制备具有载流子弹道输运特性的量子点敏化TiO2分级纳米结构材料;研究量子点种类、粒径、负载率等对TiO2分级纳米结构的光电化学性能的影响;探索降低分级纳米结构中量子点与TiO2之间以及量子点与量子点之间的界面态密度的方法,最大限度地减少载流子在界面的复合和散射;探索量子点的能带结构调控、多激子生成效应等对TiO2分级结构中载流子的产生、输运和复合的影响。以此为基础,建立量子点敏化TiO2分级纳米结构与光电性能之间的关联,寻求提高量子点敏化TiO2分级纳米结构光电转换效率的方法,为研发新一代高性能太阳能电池提供实验基础和理论依据。

英文摘要: The sensitization of TiO2 hierarchical nanostructure by quantum dot is of very important research value as it can greatly enlarge absorption quantity and expand the absorption spectrum. This research intends to start with the key issues existing in the study on the quantum dot sensitized TiO2 hierarchical nanostructure solar cell with carrier transport properties will be designed and prepared under control. Efforts will be made to study the effects of the type, size, and load rate of quantum dots on the optoelectronic and chemical properties of TiO2 hierarchical nanostructure, to explore the way to reduce the interface state density in the hierarchical nanostructure to minimize the carrier recombination and scattering, and to investigate the impact of the quantum dot energy level modulation and the multi-exciton effect on the generation, transport, and recombination of carriers in TiO2 hierarchical nanostructure. On this basis, the association between the hierarchical nanostructure and its photoelectronic properties will be summarized, and the way to improve the photovoltaic conversion efficiency of quantum dot sensitized TiO2 hierarchical nanostructure solar cell will be explored. This research will provide both experimental and theoretical references for the development of high performance solar cells.
