中文摘要: 完成了以下三方面(1) 基于电子散斑干涉(ESPI)和数字散斑相关法(DSCM),建立了三维位移场测量的双光路散斑干涉系统,该系统再藉助高速摄影系统和长距离显微镜可实现微尺度动态三维位移场测量,为成功应用该系统我们建立了相关的软件系统。(2)基于先进的数学方法和图像处理技术,对建立的系统信息提取中的关键技术进行深入的研究,提出了电子散斑干涉和数字散斑相关方法信息提取的一系列新技术、新方法,主要包括:提出了用于高密度条纹图滤波的方向二阶和方向耦合偏微分方程滤波模型;提出了用于变密度滤波的方向空间滤波模板;提出了新四阶偏微分方程滤波模型;提出用于不同光干涉条纹骨架线提取的新偏微分控制方程;提出了用于计算低质量光干涉条纹方向的傅立叶变换方法;基于径向基函数提出了新的精度高、速度快的数字图像相关运算方法;提出了用于数字散斑相关运算的蚂蚁优化算法等。(3)对氧化铝陶瓷基片在激光加工中动态热变形进行了实验研究。给出了不同的加热时间,不同加热位置,不同加热功率,不同图像采集速度氧化铝陶瓷基片的热变形。 迄今为止共发表相关论文13篇,其中2区SCI4篇,3区SCI6篇,4区SCI1篇,EI收录12篇。

英文摘要: This project has completed the three following parts, (1) we established a double-beams optical speckle interferometry system for 3-dimensional displacement field measurements based on electronic speckle pattern interferometry (ESPI) and the digital image correlation method (DSCM). The established system can achieve three-dimensional, micro-scale and dynamic measurements of displacement field with help of high-speed CCD and long-distance microscope. For the successful application of the system, we established related software processing systems. (2) we have investigated in-depthly the key technologies in information extraction of ESPI and DSCM, and proposed a set of new methods and technologies for information extraction of ESPI and DSCM, mainly including the second-order oriented, coupled oriented partial differential equations (PDEs)filtering models for the fringes with high density;the oriented spatial filter masks for the fringes with variable density;the new fourth-order partial differential equations (PDEs) filtering models; the various governing partial differential equations for the skeletonization of various optical fringes; the Fourier Transform method for the estimation of fringe orientation for optical fringe patterns with poor quality; the digital image correlation matching algorithm with high accuracy and speed respective based on radial basis function (RBF) interpolation, and ant optimization algorithm and so on. (3) we have investigated experimentally the dynamic thermal deformation of Alumina ceramic substrate under Laser irradiating. The displacement fields under various heating times, various heating locations, variuou heating powers and various gathering speeds were given. So far, we have published 13 relative papers,of which the 4 papers are cited by SCI in the second grade, the 6 papers are cited by SCI in the third grade, and the a paper is cited by SCI in the fourth grade. At the same time the 12 papers are cited by EI.
