中文摘要: 目标检测是极化合成孔径雷达(SAR)的重要应用之一。在本项目中,我们根据原计划书的研究内容,充分利用目标的极化散射信息,在基于极化SAR的目标检测方面取得了多项创新性成果,先后发表论文32篇,其中14篇在国际刊物上发表,13被SCI索引(含1篇已经录取论文),29篇被EI索引。本项目的主要创新如下: (1) 提出了非邻域的极化SAR图像斑点滤波算法; (2) 提出了多视极化SAR时的相似性参数; (3) 提出了三种线特征检测算法; (4) 提出了基于多波段数据融合的道路检测算法; (5) 提出了改进的极化SAR图像对比增强算法; (6) 提出了四种海上舰船目标检测算法。 此外,我们在目标杂波建模、桥梁检测、金属目标检测、海上溢油检测、目标分类等方面也做了大量的工作,为极化SAR在目标检测技术中的应用提供了理论依据。

英文摘要: Target detection is one of the important applications of a polarimetric synthetic aperture radar (SAR). According to the research plan, we fully used polarimetric scattering information of targets and got many innovative results on target detection by using polarimetric SAR data. 32 papers are published under the support of this fund, where 14 papers were published in internationaol journals and 13 papers including one accepted paper were cited by SCI, 29 papers were cited by EI. The main innovative results are given as follows (1) proposed an non-local filter to reduce the speckles of a polarimetric SAR image; (2) proposed the similarity parameters for the case of the multi-look polarimetric SAR; (3) proposed three methods for linear features; (4) proposed a multi-band data fusion based method for road detection; (5) proposed a modified contrast enhancement of polarimetric SAR images; (6) proposed four methods for ship detection. In addition, we also finished a lot research works on clutter modeling, bridge detection, metallic target detection, oil spill detection, target classification. All the results will provide the theoretical support for target detection by using polarimetric SAR data.
