中文摘要: 随着海洋产业的快速发展,我国海上经济和国防活动日益频繁。无线电波在保障海上活动方面具有独特的应用价值。海洋环境气象条件多变,电波传播效应非常复杂。为确保无线电系统的性能,有必要研究建立海洋环境电波传播预测模型。抛物方程法在求解大尺度对流层电波传播方面具有优势,已经被广泛应用于计算海面、大气波导、山区和城市等环境的电波传播特性。现有的抛物方程计算模型局限于频域,计算宽带信号传播效率低,而且无法直接获得信号的时域传播特性。研究复杂海洋环境时域宽角抛物方程法的相关理论,建立粗糙海面、不规则海岛、非均匀大气电波传播时域计算模型,既可以发展电波传播理论和电磁数值计算方法,完善电磁理论及海洋电磁学;又可以指导通信、雷达、遥感、定位等系统的规划与部署,提高系统在实际环境的工作性能,具有重大的理论研究和工程实用价值。

英文摘要: Radio wave is important to maritime activities.Meteorological phenomena is unstable in marine environment and wave propagations effects are very complex. It is necessary to model wave propagation in marine environmen.The parabolic equation Method (PE) provides efficient numerical solutions to the propagation problems of large scale relative to the wavelength in the troposphere and has been widely used to model wave propagation in realistic troposphere, such as sea surface, atmospheric duct, mountain and urban area.Most study of PE is concerned in the frequency domain. However, it works time consuming for broadband signal propagation simulations in the frequency domain. And, the frequency PE can not compute the time domain characteristics directly. Studying the theory and modeling of time-domain wide-angle parabolic equation in complex marine environment can develop the theory of wave propagation and computational electromagnetics, improve the electromagnetic theory and marine electromagnetics, and help to plan and deploy communication, radar, remote sensing and positioning systems. It has both theoretical and practical importance.
