中文摘要: 生活节奏加快,工作日益紧张,越来越多的人长期处于脑疲劳状态,严重影响了人们身心健康。预防和消除脑疲劳,已经成为迫切需要解决的一大问题。磁刺激具有无痛、无损、无接触、易于重复和操作等优点,在脑功能研究和神经精神疾病治疗等方面具有独特的功效。穴位是中医针灸调控神经系统由体表到体内的切入点。本项目正是利用磁刺激技术,结合中国传统医学,提取脑疲劳状态下磁刺激穴位前后脑电信号,综合自发脑电和事件相关电位技术分析脑疲劳状态下磁刺激前后神经电生理反应特征,探索磁刺激穴位对大脑神经认知信息传导的影响,以寻求时变脉冲磁场通过穴位对脑疲劳的调节作用和机制,为中医穴位治疗的量化研究和机理探索提供新的途径,也为心理、精神等疾病治疗提供新的方法。本课题涉及电磁技术、中医学、信息技术、神经科学等诸多学科的交叉研究,具有重要学术意义和临床应用价值。

英文摘要: More and more people are in the state of mental fatigue for a long time because of the accelerating life pace and the great tension of work. The physical and mental health of these people is affected seriously. It has become one of the urgent problems that how to prevent and eliminate the mental fatigue. Magnetic stimulation is a painless, non-invasive technology and easy to be operated. It was proved that this technique has potential application as a diagnostic and therapeutic tool of neuropsychiatric diseases and provides a unique opportunity of studying brain behavior relations of healthy humans. Acupoint is an entry point of modulating action of acupuncture on nerve system from outside to inside of the bodies. In this project, combining magnetic stimulation technology with Chinese traditional medicine, the EEG will be picked up under the states of mental fatigue before and after magnetic stimulation. The electrophysiological features will be extracted through the analyzation of the EEG and the Event-Related Potential (ERP). The effect of magnetic stimulation on the propagation pathways of the brain cognitive neural information will be explored.
