中文摘要: 功能性消化不良(functional dyspepsia,FD)是一种高发的胃肠疾病,现代医学至今尚无有效疗法。源于中国的针刺治疗对FD显示独特疗效,但作用机制仍不清楚。文献和我们以往的工作表明,FD病理机制与大脑情感调节相关网络的异常密切相关,针刺可能通过对FD患者大脑情感网络的调控发挥效应。因此,本项目拟采用PET分子影像与MRI融合技术,通过先以PET分子影像确定关键核团,再以MRI的连接度组技术(弥散张量成像和功能MRI)探寻关键核团网络连接度变化的策略,围绕大脑情感调节相关网络,探索针刺对FD情感网络关键核团及其连接模式的调节,并初步明确5-HT2型受体在针刺调节情感网络中的重要地位,从而为揭示针刺治疗FD的中枢神经机制提供新的、有价值的研究资料,并为针刺疗法的广泛应用提供科学依据。

英文摘要: Functional dyspepsia (FD) is a major gastrointestinal with high prevalence, unclear pathology and unsatisfactory treatment options. Hence, both patients and clinicians are looking for effective alternative therapies. Acupuncture, a traditional medical therapy coming of China, showed excellent effect on FD. However, the mechanism remains unknown. Based on previous studies and our preliminary data, the abnormality of brain emotional network was involved in the etiology of FD, and acupuncture may treat FD by regulating the emotional network. Therefore, in the present study, the regulation of acupuncture on the activity of key areas in emotional network and the related connectivity in FD patients will be investigated. Moreover, the roles of 5-hydroxytryptamine2(5-HT2) receptor in the regulation of acupuncture on brain will be explored further. Neuroimaging technologies will be used in the present study by fusing PET and MRI. The results will provide new data for exploring the mechanism of acupuncture and offer sciene evidence for acupuncture therapy.
