中文摘要: 联轴器作为航空发动机和燃气轮机等动力装置之间的连接结构,在实际工作中会因其自身结构的非线性动力学特性导致轴系振动过大而引发重大事故。本项目属力学和机械学科交叉应用基础研究,以复杂盘/鼓轴/联轴器系统为主要研究对象,应用转子动力学、非线性动力学理论和方法,综合考虑盘/鼓轴/联轴器系统结构各参数之间耦合关系,研究套齿联轴器非线性啮合刚度等效计算模型和间隙非线性引起的不对中故障模型,并分析其演变机理;建立复杂盘/鼓轴/联轴器系统非线性动力学模型,分析结构参数对轴系稳定性等动力学特性的影响规律;研究在不同非线性因素下盘/鼓轴/联轴器系统自激振动、周期解分岔、超谐共振等非线性动力学特性的演变规律,提出多非线性因素耦合作用下盘/鼓轴/联轴器系统复杂非线性动力学特性的控制策略;进一步探索研究高维系统复杂非线性动力学特性的理论分析方法及非线性动力学设计理论,为我国旋转机械轴系非线性稳定设计提供理论指导。

英文摘要: The coupling is commonly a device used to connect two shafts together for the purpose of transmitting power, such as aero-engine and gas turbine. In the actual operation, the nonlinear dynamics characteristics of the coupling may lead to violent vibration and further bring serious disasters. The project belongs to subject of interdiscipline between mechanics and mechanical design, and it is an applied background research. The disk/drum-shaft/coupling system as the research object, the influences of the parameters on the disk/drum-shaft/coupling system are overall studied with the basis of the rotordynamics theoretical analysis and nonlinear dynamics theoretical analysis. Firstly, the equivalent calculation model of the nonlinear meshing stiffness is researched, and the misalignment model caused by the clearance nonlinearity of the coupling is also researched. Then their mechanism are analysed. The nonlinear dynamic model of the disk/drum-shaft/coupling system is presented, moreover the influence of structural parameters on the stability and dynamics behaviors is analysed. For the different nonlinear factors, the evolution law and mechanism of the nonlinear dynamics characteristics of the self-excited vibration, the bifurcation of periodic solutions and the superharmonic resonance, are researched.
