中文摘要: 近年来,W-Ti靶材、激光3D打印、高性能粉末冶金等领域的迅速发展对钛粉提出了较高要求:纯度4N、氧含量≤1000ppm、细粒度-500目。然而传统钛粉制备方法难以满足,成为长期困扰以上高新领域发展的重要难题。本项目在前期已初步获得熔盐电解制取钛粉(纯度3N、氧含量1500ppm,粒度-300目)经验基础上,从粒度细化时纯度降低这一难点出发,提出以超声辅助的熔盐电解为制备方法,以可溶性海绵钛阳极为原料,以NaCl-KCl-TiClx为电解质,开展以下研究:首先,基于能斯特理论及实验研究,获得钛纯度-电极电位-电解工艺定量规律;其次,揭示超声熔盐电解微观机制,建立形核率与生长速率的动力学表征;而后,通过以上模型结合实验测试,明确钛粉粒度-形核率与长大速率-电解工艺的定量关系;最后,综合以上电解工艺对纯度、粒度与形貌影响的定量规律,获得纯度、粒度兼顾的高纯钛粉可控制备理论与技术。

英文摘要: The rapid development in industries such as W-Ti target manufacturing, laser 3D printing and high performance powder metallurgy in recent years presents a high demand on raw material titanium powder. It asks for the high purity(4N level) with low oxygen concentration(≤1000ppm), as well as fine grain size(-500 mesh).However, the fact that traditional manufacturing techniques can hardly meet these requirements has become a major concern encumbering the future prospect of those high-tech fields. Based on the earlier-stage work of producing titanium powder (3N purity, ≤1000ppm oxygen concentration, -300 mesh) by molten salt electrolysis method, and focusing on balancing the purity and granularity of the electrolyzed titanium powder,the present research proposes a technique of ultrasonic molten salt electrolysis, using solvable titanium sponge as anode and NaCl-KCl-TiClx as electrolyte, the following work will be conducted: firstly, to obtain the quantitative disciplines of titanium purity, electrode potential and electrolysis process parameters on account of Nernst theory; next, to reveal the micro-mechanism in molten salt electrolysis and establish kinetics model for nucleation and growth rate; then to verify the aforementioned quantitative disciplines by applying the kinetics model into experimental procedure; last but not least, integrating the quantitative disciplines for purity and grain size, to acquire controllable producing theory and technique of high purity titanium powder with ideal granularity.
