中文摘要: 梨象科Apionidae隶属于鞘翅目Coleoptera象虫总科Curculionoidea,为体型极其微小(<3mm)的甲虫。梨象分类研究困难,分类地位有争议并具有很多经济危害种类。因其体型微小,外部特征稀缺,国内2007年才由项目申请人开始系统的分类研究。截止目前,已发现中国梨象共40属150个形态种,远远大于已记录的6属48种。本项目拟依托于中国科学院动物研究所,对其馆藏2600号梨象标本进行深入研究,以传统的形态学方法为重点,结合超微结构、内部三维结构以及分子鉴定等新技术对所有种类进行系统分类和厘定。最终制定中国梨象科名录,并对所有种类进行详细的描述,拍摄高清图像和绘制鉴定特征图。此外,利用分子数据,初步尝试重建梨象科部分属种间进化关系。本项目的开展,将提供中国梨象科的本底物种数据,为进一步深入开展系统发育等研究奠定基础。

英文摘要: The species of Apionidae are extremely tiny beetles, which belong to the superfamily Curculionoidea (Coleoptera).The taxonomic study on Apionidae is quite difficult, and its taxonomic status is still argued. Also many species of this group can inflict significant economic losses. Since their mini habitus and rare diagnostic characters, the systemic study on Apionidae of China was initially unfolded in 2007 by the applicant of this project. So far a total of 150 morphological species of 40 genera have been found, which is much more than the recorded number, 48 species of 6 genera in China fauna. Thus, this project plans to carry out a further systemic study basing on ca.2600 Apionid specimens deposited in Institute of Zoology (CAS). By mainly using comparative morphology, supplemented with ultrastructure, internal 3D structure and molecular identification, all the species will be identified and revised. Primarily, a catalogue of Chinese Apionidae including the valid name, all synonyms, citations and distributions will be provided. Moreover, all the species will be described in detail and photoed by an Auto-Montage image system. Furthermore, the evolutionary relationship among genera and species of the tribe Aspidapiini will be tried to reconstruct. This project will finally provide the basic data of native specie
