中文摘要: 硼泥是一种具有强碱性的工业固体废物,严重危害生态环境。目前,回收产物附加值低,有价元素不能充分回收利用成为制约解决硼泥问题的瓶颈。为实现硼泥资源高附加值、多组元和反应介质内循环的清洁、高效综合利用,本项目以硼泥中有价元素为研究对象,对纯碱法综合利用硼泥过程中有价元素的反应机理进行研究。具体内容包括:熔融纯碱介质中的硼泥有价元素和高温还原条件下硼泥脱硅渣中的有价元素的组成、结构、性质和转化机制、反应过程控制步骤以及反应动力学的研究;纯碱介质中多元体系相平衡的研究;硅酸钠溶液碳酸化过程中有价元素析晶机理及多元体系相平衡的研究。揭示硼泥有价元素在纯碱法清洁、高效综合利用过程中的转化规律及组分间的相互作用规律,为硼泥有价元素的提取、分离、提纯奠定理论基础,为硼泥资源的清洁、高效综合利用提供技术上的支持,也可为硼镁(铁)矿的清洁、高效综合利用提供典型示范奠定理论和技术基础。

英文摘要: Boron mud is a kind of industrial solid wastes with strong basicity and it seriously endangers ecological environment. Now, the value of the recovery products of boron mud is low and the elements of the boron mud aren't taken full advantage of is the key way to solve the problem of boron mud. The project investigates the reation mechanism of the elements of boron mud in the process of cleaning and high efficient comprehensive utilization by sodium carbonate and targets the elements containing in boron mud on investigating in order to achieve the multicomponent comprehensive utilization of boron mud for high value and recycling reaction medium.The concrete matters include:the component, structure, character of boron mud and the reaction mechanism and the control step of reaction process of the elements of boron mud in the process of melting in sodium carbonate and reducing in high temperature and the correlative reaction kinetics are researched; the phase equilibrium of multicomponent system are also researched, the reaction mechanism and the control step of reaction process of carbonating the sodium silicate solution are studied.
