中文摘要: 我国西北地区天然气开采遭遇到在世界范围内都是极为罕见的极端环境:高温、高压、高CO2含量、高矿化度、酸化、复杂多变的多相流环境等等,导致油管面临非常严苛的腐蚀问题。因此,极端环境下油管的腐蚀机理、评价方法和点蚀寿命预测是亟待解决的关键科学问题。通过前期研究,提出高矿化度、高温高压、酸化与多相流的观点,拟以油管及其接头部位的腐蚀作为研究重点,研究极端环境下油管腐蚀的热力学问题(E-pH图),酸化、产出水以及流速流态对油管及其接头的腐蚀行为的影响等问题,阐明种耦合因素对油管腐蚀行为影响机理;建立极端环境中油管耐蚀性能的评价方法;构建极端环境中油管点蚀寿命预测模型,评估长周期腐蚀条件下油管接头在不同载荷下的力学行为。成果将丰富和完善腐蚀电化学的相关理论,为极端环境下气井管柱的腐蚀与防护提供科学依据和理论支撑。

英文摘要: More and more effort is being devoted to exploit oil/gas resources in the northwest of china. Efficient exploitation poses great challenges for the serious corrosion of oil tube materials in the extreme environment, characterizing high temperature, high pressure, high CO2 partial pressure, high salinity, acidification, complex multi-phase flow, ect. Therefore, the corrosion mechanism, evaluation methodology and prediction model for for pitting corrosion and mechanical properties of oil tube in extreme environment is a key scientific issues of corrosion protection of oil tube.The project intends to find out the thermodynamics electrochemical phase (Pourbaix Diagrams) in extreme environment, the natrue of synergetic corrosion mechanism of high salinity high temperatue, high prressure, acidification and multi-phase flow. The accelerated evaluation methodology,life prediction model for pitting corrosion and mechanical properties of corroded tube will also be found out. The research results will help enrich and improve the corrosion electrochemistry theory and research methods, provide the scientific basis for corrosion and protection of oil tube in extreme environment.
