中文摘要: 膜生物反应器(MBR)工艺在污水处理及再生利用领域具有广阔应用前景,提高其自动化控制水平是其推广应用的关键。本项目针对MBR工艺特点对过程控制提出的新问题,建立MBR工艺基准仿真模拟平台,研究MBR工艺去除氮、磷、有机物过程的实时控制策略,开发MBR多目标实时协同控制策略;采用分子生物学技术,识别MBR强化生物除磷过程污泥种群特征,研究其污泥种群优化的在线控制方法;采用数据挖掘方法,开发膜污染滤饼层渗透模型和软测量传感器技术,开发MBR膜污染曝气清洗实时控制策略;采用传统分类鉴定和现代分子生物方法,分析MBR工艺过程污泥膨胀及泡沫现象菌群特征,建立基于模糊推理系统的MBR工艺污泥膨胀和泡沫问题风险评价模型;基于以上,开发数据获取和信号处理模块、基于知识库的控制模块、基于规则库的监控模块,开发MBR工艺综合控制决策支持系统,为提高MBR工艺过程自动化控制水平提供理论依据和技术支持。

英文摘要: Membrane bioreactors (MBR) have great potential for wastewater treatment and reuse. It is important to improve the automatic control level of MBR for its further popularization. This project will investigate the real-time control strategies of nutrient removal in MBR processes, and constitute synergic control strategies. The characteristics of sludge population of enhanced biological phosphorus removal processes (EBPR) in MBR will be identified by molecular biological methods, and then on-line control theories to optimise microbial population of EBPR will be proposed. Data mining will be used to develop permeability models and on-line soft sensors, both of which will lead to real-time control strategies of air scour of membrane fouling in MBR. Sludge bulking and foaming will be investigated to identify their microbial characteristics by traditional classification identification and molecular biology techniques. Then a risk assessment model of sludge bulking and foaming in MBR processes will be developed based on fuzzy inference systems. With the above, the project will develop an integrated control decision support system with three modules, data acquisition and signal processing module, knowledge-based control module, rule-based supervision module.
