中文摘要: PM2.5个体暴露评价是开展高质量空气污染健康研究的重要基础,但是现有方法无法满足大规模人群长期暴露与高时间分辨率暴露的评价需求。本研究开展面向海量数据实时采集的PM2.5个体暴露评价方法研究。首先开展基础数据源即研究对象室内微环境暴露、室外暴露、时间—活动模式的实时监测与传输研究,形成可用于个体暴露模型估算的数据库;进而通过空间插值、实时定位、外暴露时间加权评估等方法构建PM2.5个体暴露模型,形成模型快速算法;最终开展创新性的集数据、方法与应用为一体的个体暴露科研工作平台研究,该平台包括数据中心(数据采集、传输、存储及处理)、计算中心(个体暴露模型快速计算)以及用户中心(科研人员开展暴露及健康研究所需的功能模块)。本研究为开展大规模人群PM2.5长期暴露健康影响、高时间分辨率短期暴露的急性健康影响及未来空气污染健康影响大数据研究提供了必备的数据积累与方法,具有重要的研究意义及应用价值。

英文摘要: PM2.5 personal exposure assessment is an important foundation for developing high quality air pollution health research, however the existing methods cannot meet the research need for long term exposure and high temporal resolution exposure assessment of a large population. In this study, we will develop the precise PM2.5 personal exposure assessment methods based on massive real time data collection. First, we will carry out the real time data collecting and transferring research, which includes indoor exposure, outdoor exposure and time-activity information. All the data will be formed as a database for developing the personal exposure model. Then we will use spatial interpolation, real time spatial orientation and exposure time weighted assessment method to develop the personal exposure model, which can achieve the fast personal exposure calculating. Finally, we will conduct the innovative research on personal exposure integrated research platform, which integrates the function of data, method and application. This platform include the three function modules, including data center (data collecting, transferring, storing and processing), computer center(personal exposure model fast calculating) and user center (functions for PM2.5 exposure and health research needs). This research will benefit the large population PM2.5 long exposure health effects, high temporal resolution short term exposure and acute health effects and air pollution and health big data research. This research will also provide the necessary massive data accumulation and method support for future research, which have the significant research and application value.
