英文摘要: RF Circuit Technology, as the commanding point in technology seized by scientists in different coutries, is an important branch of the Information Communication Technology (ICT) and Military Industry Field. Since the graphene shows various advantages in High Frequency Circuit Field (HFCF), it becomes very hot material in RF research and been regarded as the best candidated for next generation RF circuit design in 100 GHz-300 GHz. This project will deeply investigate the transmission characteristic of electrmagnetic wave in graphene at the frequency range of 100 GHz-300 GHz; explore design methodology of the novel graphene-based RF passive devices; show feasible measurement approach to test the operation paramenters of the graphene-based passive devices; and provide the reliable research basic for the further research in graphene RF field.
