中文摘要: 现有IT应用行为研究关注感知有用性、感知易用性、主观标准等感知因素分析,而对能力与情绪因子的研究则极为欠缺;关注从企业或个体单一层面开展IT效力前因分析,而缺乏对跨层前因变量之间的交互作用开展剖析。基于能力与情绪视角开展IT效力前因及其作用机理跨层模型研究,不仅是前沿理论发展急需开展的研究课题,也是基于IT应用实践提出并且迫切需要研究的挑战性问题。本项目基于能力和情绪理论,采用案例研究和问卷调研等方法,聚焦研究以下主要内容:(1)IT用户能力因子、情绪因子识别;(2)能力、情绪对IT效力的影响;(3)组织因素与能力、情绪间的跨层交互作用及对IT效力的联合影响。本项目首次从能力与情绪角度,构建跨层理论模型,系统剖析IT效力的前因变量及其作用机理,为IT效力理论研究提供新思路和新视角,为信息化企业提供人力资源规划与开发指导,对推进IT管理领域的理论发展、提升中国企业IT效力具有重要价值。

英文摘要: Extant research about behavior analysis during IT application focused on the perception factors such as perceived usefulness, perceived ease of use, subjective norm, and perceived behavioral control. However, little attention has been paid to competency and emotion factors. Previous research about the antecedents of IT effectiveness was based on either company- or individual-level analysis. To have better understanding of these antecedents, cross-level analyses which involve multilevel interactions are necessary. Unfortunately, such analyses are rarely found in the literature. Based on these research gaps, the present research tries to analyze the antecedents of IT effectiveness and the mechanisms from the competence and emotion perspectives by developing a multilevel model, which will provide important practical and theoretical implications. With reference to the competence theory and the emotion theory, by using the methodology of case study and survey, the present research focuses on the factor structure of the IT user competence and emotion and their effects on IT effectiveness. Interactions between the organizational environment and these competency and emotion factors are also examined.
