中文摘要: 半固态热模拟是研究金属材料半固态下近固相区变形行为的重要方式,对明确含有少量液相的金属材料的变形机制和最终实现半固态加工具有重要的意义。本项目针对几种典型的Ti-Cu合金在半固态下近固相区压缩变形时的力学特征、液相流动规律及其变形机制展开基础研究工作,具有重要的学术意义。首先采用热处理淬火和定量金相测定Ti-Cu合金半固态液相含量,在通过半固态热模拟压缩研究了合金在近固相区的变形特性,建立温度/液相含量和流变应力之间的规律性关系,确定流变应力显著下降的温度区间,并针对此区间讨论半固态变形机制。通过本项目的研究,可以获得Ti-Cu合金在半固态压缩变形中的液相流动规律及引发的微观力学特性,明确液相对变形的协调作用,揭示半固态变形机制。在此基础上设计半固态锻造参数,研究该合金半固态条件下锻造特性,探索本方法的科学性和实践性。研究成果可以为Ti-Cu合金半固态加工工艺的设计提供理论基础。

英文摘要: Semi-solid thermal simulation plays and important role on the research of semi-solid plastica deformation for matel, which is considered to be significant for revealing the semi-solid deformation mechanism and achieving semi-solid process technique for titanium alloy. The objective of the present work was therefore to comprehensively study the semi-solid mechanical behavior and the flowing regularity of liquid as well as deformation mechanism for typical Ti-Cu alloys.In this work, quenching experiments and quantitative metallographic analysis have been taken to ensure the accuracy of fraction liquid value and distribution of liquid, thermal simulation has been carried out to investigate the relationship between the deformation parameters and distribution of liquid as well as flowing stress. Though the studies in this project, it can be clearly that the mechanical behaviour and deformation mechanism caused by liuqid flowing, and discuss the semi-solid forgeability, which maybe consummate the semi-solid processing base theory for Ti-Cu alloy.
