中文摘要: 以WEB图像信息为应用背景,综合运用多学科的研究成果,特别是计算智能理论与技术建立一种新的面向语义理解的图像表示模型,即将向量空间模型和面向对象的内容描述模型融入句法模型的混合表示模型;提出一种基于计算智能的面向语义理解的图像挖掘模型。综合运用计算语言理论、群体智能、示例学习、数字图像处理与模式识别技术,特别是结合我们前期的研究成果,设计实用有效的多种层次的图像语义对象抽取算法、图像语义特征提取算法和图像语义模式发现算法,开发图像本体以及基于本体与机器学习的WEB图像语义检索原型系统,从而为开发实用有效的图像语义理解系统奠定基础。本项目的目标就是要达到图像信息,特别是WEB图像的充分利用的目的,带动我国工业化、信息化、知识化,保持我国现代化可持续发展的步伐,具有重大的理论意义,现实意义和社会效益。

英文摘要: We propose a computational intelligence-based and semantic understanding-oriented model of image mining. It bases on the application background of WEB image information and applies research result of multi-disciplinary synthetically, especially computational intelligence theory and technology to build a new semantic understanding-oriented model of image representation, which is a hybrid representation model mixed of vector space model and object-oriented of content description mode integrated with syntactic model. Synthetically applying technologies of computational language theory, swarm intelligence, learning from examples, digital image processing and pattern recognition, especially combining with our previous research results, we project extraction algorithm of practical and effective multi-level image semantic object, develop image ontology and ontology and machine learning based semantic retrieval prototype system of WEB image, and thus lay the foundation for the development of practical and effective image semantic understanding system.
