中文摘要: 开花植物的有性生殖阶段对温度胁迫高度敏感,高温热害和低温冷害都会对这一过程造成严重影响,导致植物种质质量降低甚至败育。作为有性生殖过程中相当重要的环节- - 胚胎分化阶段,其顺利进行对保障植物繁殖,世代延续都具有非常重要的意义,然而目前尚缺乏胚胎分化阶段的温度胁迫响应机理研究。本项目拟以双子叶植物拟南芥为研究对象,在研究温度胁迫对其胚胎分化过程中形态结构影响的基础上,鉴定和分离拟南芥胚胎中响应温度胁迫的基因,并对其在胚胎分化阶段发挥的生物学功能进行研究,以期为深入理解植物在有性生殖阶段对温度胁迫的响应机制提供参考,进而为遗传育种实践中筛选对温度耐受的作物品种提供指导,也为基因工程选育温度耐受品种提供了可能。 申请人常年从事植物有性生殖的基础研究,对胚胎发育阶段的相关研究有丰富经验。此外,申请人具有项目所需的胚胎操作技术和其他常规技术,有足够的能力保证本项目的圆满完成。

英文摘要: The sexual reproduction in flowering plants is highly sensitive to temperature stresses,thus temperature is important for reproductive success. Embryogenesis and embryo development are crucial events during the life cycle of higher plants. There are very important significance of embryogenesis and embryo development to plant breeding and generation of the population. The temperature stress on plant embryo differentiation are studied in model plant Arabidopsis thaliana. Understanding how plants cope with stress during embryogenesis and embryo differentiation, specifically identified and functional analysis of differentially expressed genes subjected to temperature stress in the embryo, provides the opportunity to identify genetic traits that can improve temperature tolerance in crop breeding and agronomic plants by genetic engineering. The applicant engaged in basic research of plant sexual reproduction, that accumulated rich experience in the research of embryo development. In addition, the operation technique of the embryo and other conventional technology which the applicant have are required for the project applicant is required for the project embryo.These conditions ensure the successful completion of this project.
