中文摘要: 随着城市化进程的不断加快和综合交通基础设施的日益完善,组合出行逐渐成为现代城市出行活动的主要模式。为了应对气候变化,我国提出了“建设低碳交通运输体系”的国家战略,研究基于低碳目标的组合出行理论与模型、帮助城市出行者制定多样化低碳出行计划是实现公众低碳出行的主要任务。项目研究内容:(1)建立城市多模式复合交通网络模型。主要解决多模式交通网络的建模、多模式拓扑构建、多模式拓扑更新维护问题,构建集成、统一、无缝的多模式复合交通网络,适应大数据量复合道路网络高效存储、更新与多模式组合出行路径分析的实际需求。(2)建立基于低碳目标的城市组合出行路径优化方法。根据碳平衡理论制定城市多模式出行碳排放强度标准,建立“弱用户最优”动态交通分配理论模型,在此基础上以低碳为主目标、以用户个性偏好为次目标设计多目标组合出行路径优化算法。意义在于为基于低碳目标的城市公众组合出行提供新理论支持和新方法指导。

英文摘要: Multi-modal transportation has gradually become the main mode of travel, with the accelerating process of urbanization and transport infrastructure increasingly integrated well. In order to address climate change, China has proposed a low-carbon transportation system as the national strategy, which aims to research travel theories, models and develop diverse urban travelers’ travel plans to achieve a low-carbon objectives. The research structure is divided into two parts: (1) To establish urban multi-modal transportation network model compound. Which is mainly to solve the multi-modal transportation network modeling, multi-mode topology construction, multi-mode topology update maintenance issues, to build an integrated, unified, seamless multi-modal complex transportation, to adapt a large amount of data in complex road network for efficiently store, update and multi-mode combined travel path analysis of actual demand. (2) To establish urban multi-modal method based on a combination of low-carbon urban travel path of the target. Develop urban multi-mode travel carbon intensity standards according to the carbon balance theory, establish a weak user optimal dynamic traffic assignment theoretical model, on this basis design multi-target combination trip path optimization algorithm which will consider low-carbon as the main objective and individual users’ preferences for the second goal. The significance of this project is to provide support for new theories and new methods of travel guide for the city based on a combination of public low-carbon objectives.
