中文摘要: 软弱地层隧道开挖过程中,常因围岩承载力和刚性不足,导致拱部出现沉降,随之松弛区扩大,引起周边围岩变形过大,稳定性显著降低,直接威胁施工安全。锁脚锚杆(管)是控制拱部沉降的有效措施。本项申请拟以公路隧道为背景,揭示软弱围岩隧道锁脚锚杆(管)支护机理,创建软弱围岩隧道锁脚锚杆(管)力学计算方法,提出软弱围岩隧道锁脚锚杆(管)支护设计方法和参数。研究方法拟以理论与试验并重,利用隧道三维地质力学模型试验平台,对打设不同直径、角度和长度锁脚锚杆(管)的隧道进行室内模型试验,分析锁脚锚杆(管)受力变形行为,探索其支护机理;开展不同直径、角度和长度锁脚锚杆(管)力学状态现场测试,明确其合理的支护设计参数;依据锁脚锚杆(管)受力和围岩变形测试结果,建立其支护力学分析模型,揭示其支护参数控制拱部沉降的规律及其力学特性变化,以期填补在这一领域理论研究的空白。研究成果可为软弱围岩隧道支护技术研究奠定理论基础。

英文摘要: During the soft surrounding rock tunnel excavation, due to the insufficient of surrounding rock bearing capacity and rigidity, the arch appears sinking, followed by relaxation area expansion, the surrounding rock deformation and a significant reduction in stability are caused, which is a direct threat to construction safety. Feet-lock bolt (pipe) is the effective measure to control the arch settlement. The applicant intend to take the highway tunnels as the background, revealing the supporting mechanism of feet-lock bolt (pipe) in soft ground, establishing the mechanics calculation of feet-lock bolt (pipe), and proposing the supporting design methods and parameters of feet-lock bolt (pipe) in soft ground. The research methods intended to equal the emphasis on experimental and theoretical, using the tunnels 3D geomechanical model test platform, through the laboratory model experiments of the feet-lock bolt (pipe) on different diameter, angles and length, to analyze the force deformation behavior of the feet-lock bolt (pipe) and explore its mechanical mechanism; By field testing the mechanics state of the feet-lock bolt (pipe) on different diameter, angles and length, clearing the reasonable supporting and designing parameters; According to the force of the feet-lock bolt (pipe) and surrounding rock deformation te
