中文摘要: 硫代硫酸铵施入土壤能诱导植物从土壤富集汞从而提高植物提取效率,弄清硫代硫酸铵诱导植物富集汞的生理机理十分必要。本项目拟通过水培试验,从以下三个方面开展研究:(1)研究不同阴离子对硫代硫酸铵诱导印度芥菜富集汞的影响特征,从而探讨汞进入植物根系的可能生理机制;(2)利用基于同步辐射的X射线荧光技术(XRF)和扫描电镜-能谱技术,研究汞在印度芥菜根系、茎和叶片的空间分布特征,从而探讨汞在植物体迁移途径;(3)利用基于同步辐射的X射线吸收近边结构技术(XANES),研究汞在印度芥菜根系、茎和叶片的赋存形态,从而探讨汞在植物体的富集特征。本研究不仅对硫代硫酸铵辅助植物提取技术的研发提供理论依据,同时对深入研究汞在土壤-植物间生物地球化学循环具有一定借鉴和指导意义。

英文摘要: The addition of ammonium thiosulfate could induce the plant uptaken mercury from soil and thereby enhance the phytoextraction efficiency of mercury contaminated soil. Therefore, the exploration of mercury accumulation mechanism (or process) induced by ammonium thiosulfate is very important. In this project we intend to use hydroponic experiment and look at the three aspects: (1) Use of different culture solution to investigate the effect of different anions on plant uptake of mercury induced by ammonium thiosulfate, so as to explore the possible physiological mechanisms of mercury uptake by plant roots; (2) use of SR-XRF and SEM-EDX technology to study the spatial distribution of mercury in plant tissues, so as to explore the migration pathways of mercury in plants; (3) Use of SR-XANES technology to study chemical speciation of mercury in plant, so as to explore the characteristics of mercury accumulation in plant. This project not only provides the theoretical basis for the exploitation of ammonium thiosulfate assisted phytoextraction technology, but also provides some experiences for in-depth research of biogeochemical cycle of mercury in soil-plant system.
