中文摘要: 以金属化合物为催化媒介的高级氧化技术,导致被处理水体中存在金属离子,对受纳水体的生态系统造成潜在危害。光引发天然藻类可形成H2O2进而产生羟自由基,为生态修复受污染水体开辟了新途径。目前,已对光引发藻类降解反应的影响因素和动力学、以及H2O2产率及影响因素进行了研究,但尚不清晰藻类产生H2O2的路径、以及降解反应中藻富集与藻分泌酶作用。本研究基于藻细胞结构及生理特性,利用分类识别及理论分析方法,对光引发源于藻的产生H2O2的物质及路径、以及反应中藻富集和藻分泌酶作用展开讨论,为修复受污染水体提供有益参考。

英文摘要: Advanced oxidation processes (AOP) with metal compound as photocatalyst, which easily results in existence of metal ion in water and potential hazards to aquatic ecosystem. Production of H2O2 photoinduced by algae can produce the hydroxyl radicals, which ecologically restore the polluted water and can provide a new method for degradation of organic pollutant. Up to now, the factors and the kinetic of degradation process, and the yield and factors of H2O2 production have been investigated. However, the production mechanism of H2O2, algae accumulation and enzyme effect are still in question. Therefore, this study mainly focuses on the production mechanism of H2O2, algae accumulation and enzyme effect in the degradation process of organic pollutant with the methods of classification recognition and theoretical analysis according to the cell structure and the physiology characteristic of algae. It will provide a reference for the polluted water restoration.
