中文摘要: 气溶胶粒子携带的重金属成分已成为人体重金属的重要来源,监测和控制气溶胶粒子中重金属成分的含量,对于保证国民健康和国家的可持续发展具有极其重要的意义。现有气溶胶粒子重金属成分监测技术多属于离线方式,无法满足实时性需求,少数可实现在线监测的设备也因为体积大、价格昂贵而不适用于日常监测。. 鉴于气溶胶粒子重金属成分实时在线监测技术的研究现状,同时考虑到光镊和LIBS技术的特点和优势,本项目提出利用光学势阱约束和富集气溶胶粒子,借助聚焦脉冲激光进行激发并采集气溶胶粒子的LIBS光谱数据,结合预先建立的标准定量曲线,实现气溶胶粒子重金属成分的实时在线监测。本项研究的开展可实现工业排放现场气溶胶粒子金属成分(特别是重金属成分)的实时在线监测,对于气溶胶粒子中重金属超标的快速预警、追查污染源等都具有重要的意义。

英文摘要: Heavy metals carried by aerosol particles have been an important source for the accumulation of heavy metals in human body. Monitoring and controlling the contents of heavy metals in aerosol particles are very important for human health and sustainable development of our country. However, most of the existing techniques require a long analysis time, and can’t satisfy the demand of real-time. Although some instruments can monitor the contents of heavy metals real-time and online, they are too bulky and too expensive to routine measurement.. In view of the research status of real-time and online monitoring technology for heavy metals in aerosol particles, and considering the characteristics and technological superiorities of optical tweezers and LIBS, this project proposes to constrain and enrich aerosol particles using optical tweezers. After induced by focused pulse laser, LIBS spectra of aerosol particles is collected. Based on the calibration curve established before, the contents of heavy metals in aerosol particles can be monitored real-time and online. This research can satisfy the demand of real-time monitoring elemental composition of aerosol at industrial field, and will play important roles in the early warning when heavy metal content exceeding the provided standard and tracing the pollution source.
