中文摘要: 高度有序聚合胶体晶体(PCCA)的构筑、调制与表征研究是传感、信息、分析等领域的关键性基础课题。为实现结构多样化进而拓展其功能和应用范围,本项目提出基于聚合物凝胶化过程构筑亚稳态-稳态共存PCCA的新思路。通过调整亚稳态寿命和凝胶化条件制备晶体结构可控的凝胶化PCCA,评价其传感性能,重点研究材料结晶结构与传感性能调制中的基础科学问题。我们预期此类PCCA在具有复杂可控有序结构和特殊光学特性的同时,还被赋予了智能凝胶材料丰富的物理与化学特性。该项目的研究有助于深化理解胶体晶体(CCA)的结晶相变过程,探明凝胶化固定过程中的结构转变规律和机理,揭示PCCA聚集态结构与传感性能之间的关系,为新型物理、化学及生物传感器的设计与制备奠定理论和技术基础。

英文摘要: Study on the fabrication, modulation and characterization of highly-ordered polymerized crystalline colloidal arrays (PCCA) are key foundation topics of sensor, information and analysis fields. To achieve structural diversification and thus expand its functionality and application scope, this project aims to fabricate a metastable-stable state coexist PCCA based on the polymer gelation process. By adjusting the metastable state lifetime and gelation conditions for preparation of a controllable structure gelatinized PCCA, to evaluate the sensing performance, focus on basic scientific questions in the modulation of crystalline structure and sensing performance. We expect that such metastable-stable state coexist PCCA not only possess complex controllable ordered structures and special optical properties, has also been given rich physical and chemical properties of the reversible gel material. This project will help to deepen the understanding of crystallization phase transition of CCA, to discover laws and mechanisms of structural transition during the gelatinized immobilization process of CCA, to reveal the relationship between the aggregation structure and sensing performance of PCCA, and lay the theoretical and technical basis for design and preparation of novel physical, chemical and biological sensors.
