中文摘要: 本课题以新疆伊犁熏衣草精油的快速分析方法建立和质量品质鉴定为主。通过多元分辨数据处理方法HELP(直观推导式演进特征投影法)用于数据分析,以达到提高组分定性定量的准确性。利用红外光谱,拉曼光谱、色谱联用等多种检测方法的谱图数据分别构建新疆薰衣草精油的指纹图谱,采用人工神经网络(ANN)、主成分分析法(PCA )、聚类分析法等模式识别技术(算法通过matlab编程来实现)对建立的指纹图谱进行定量评价,最终建立新疆熏衣草精油品种、提取方式、产地的指纹图谱库,阐明谱效关系,提高指纹图谱对薰衣草精油质量品质鉴定的准确度,并采取多元计量学方法进行新疆熏衣草精油快速定量分析研究,最终建立红外和拉曼光谱的新疆熏衣草精油快速定量和质量品质鉴别模型体系。为新疆熏衣草精油的质量控制、产地属性和快速品质鉴定提供科学客观的依据,促进新疆熏衣草精油的质量评价体系发展和新疆熏衣草精油产业的进步。

英文摘要: The main works of this project are rapid analysis method and Quality identification of Xinjiang Lavender essential oil. The data of these incomplete peaks should be analyzed at first with the aid of HELP multi-resolution techniques,In order to improve the accuracy of component qualitative and quantitative analysis. Using Infrared spectroscopy, Raman spectra ,Gas chromatography mass spectrometry data be used to build the Xinjiang Lavender oil fingerprint. Using artificial neural network, principal component analysis, and class analysis, pattern recognition technology base on fingerprint for quantitative evaluation, The final to build Xinjiang lavender essential oil extraction methods, varieties, origin of the fingerprint database, To elucidate the spectrum effect relationship, improving the accuracy of fingerprint quality control. Take multiple metrology method for Xinjiang lavender essential oil quality analysis research, The rapid quality analytic model system been constituted by near infrared and Raman spectra of Xinjiang lavender essential oil. It will provide Final a scientific and objective basis for Xinjiang lavender essential oil quality control, origin property and rapid quality identification,to promote the quality evaluation system of development and industry progress of Xinjiang lavender essential oil
