中文摘要: 现代组织生存越来越依赖于各种项目团队。动态分析团队认知对团队绩效的作用机制有利于复杂环境下建设高绩效项目团队。以工程项目管理中普遍存在的"谈判决策"这一团队认知活动作为研究情境,集成团队心智模型和交互记忆系统两种认知构念,建立多级结构方程模型测度项目子团队和项目团队两个层级的两种认知构念的相互作用关系,分析工程项目团队认知的形成机制;遵循IMOI团队研究范式,构建工程项目团队认知对谈判决策作用机制的理论模型;采用元分析方法,提出团队认知对谈判决策作用机制的理论假设;采用纵向研究方法,建立随机系数模型(RCM),验证理论假设;多维度系统分析工程项目团队认知对谈判决策绩效的影响,提出建设高绩效工程项目团队的措施建议。本研究提出从团队认知的角度动态地分析测度项目团队协同工作行为的理论与方法,促进认知科学与工程管理的跨学科融合,丰富团队研究理论体系,促进工程管理创新,满足现代工程项目管理的需求。

英文摘要: Teams increasingly play critical roles for organizational success in the modem economy. Dynamic analysis of the effect of team cognition on team performance facilitates establishing high performance team in complex business environment. Negotiation decision is an important team cognition behavior in construction projects. Integrating team mental model (TMM) and transactive memory system(TMS), a multilevel structural equation model is proposed to measure their interaction at project team and project sub-team levels. The theoretical model framework for measuring the effect mechanism of team cognition on negotiation decision is established by employing IMOI (Input-Mediator-Output-Input) team research paradigm. The hypotheses are developed via adopting method of meta-analysis on team research. The random coefficient model (RCM) is established to test hypotheses through longitudinal study in construction project management lifecycle. The measures for constructing high performance project teams are proposed based on multidimensions analysis of testing results. This project aims to build theory for measuring the collaborative working behaviors of construction project teams from team cognition perspective. This research makes contributions to the body of knowledge of team research and construction engineering management
