中文摘要: 自动导引车(AGV:Automatic Guided Vehicle)是工业机器人的一种,广泛应用于制造、仓储、港口、机场等场所。本项目研究自动化集装箱码头(简称自动化码头)多AGV系统的死锁问题。业内公认自动化码头是未来集装箱码头的发展趋势。然而在实际工程应用中,作为自动化码头的主要水平运输模式,多AGV系统面临的死锁问题却不能很好地解决。究其原因,工程上解决死锁问题主要是根据工程经验,欠缺理论依据。为此,本项目拟以Petri网为工具,研究自动化码头多AGV系统的死锁问题,由于研究时间紧张(1年),研究内容将着重于多AGV系统的建模。本项目的研究有望为自动化码头的工程实践及AGV在其它相关领域的应用提供理论依据。

英文摘要: Automatic guided vehicle (AGV) is a kind of industrial robotic and widely used in the fields of manufacturing, warehouse, harbor, airport and so on. This project studies the deadlock problem of multi-AGVs system of automated container terminal. It is well-known that automated container terminal is the development trend of future container terminal. However, as the main model of horizontal transport system of automated container terminal, the deadlock problem can not be well resolved. The reason is that the resolution method of deadlock in engineering is mainly based on engineering experience and lack of theory support. Thus, this project aims to study the deadlock problem of multi-AGVs system of automated container terminal based on Petri net. Due to the tight schedule (1 year), the research will focus on the modeling of the multi-AGVs system considered in this project. The obtained results of this project will provide theory basis for the engineering practice of automated container terminal and the application of AGV in the other related fields.
