中文摘要: 硒吩衍生物以其独特的光电性能和较高的空气稳定性而备受研究人员关注,但其制备过程的复杂性和种类的单一性严重制约着其在有机功能材料领域中的应用与发展。本申请以稠合硒吩及其衍生物的有效制备为研究切入点,以制备高载流子迁移率的功能有机分子为研究目标,拟设计合成三类(线型稠合硒吩,二芳基乙烯基封端的二硒吩[3,2-b:2’, 3’-d]并硒吩,二芳基乙烯基封端的二硒吩[2,3-b:3’,2’-d]并硒吩)共十二种稠合硒吩衍生物,探索并得出其有效制备方法及影响制备效率的关键因素,并对获得的硒吩衍生物的场效应晶体性能进行研究,揭示分子结构与其场效应晶体管性能的关系。

英文摘要: Selenophene derivatives have been paid considerable attention for their unique optical and electronic properties and higher stability in air. However, the lack of efficient synthetic strategies as well as diversities limited their applications and development. In this proposal, twelve kinds of fused selenophene derivatives (linear fused selenophene, 2,5-diarylvinyl- diselenopheno[3,2-b:2’,3’-d]selenophene, 2,5-diarylvinyl-diselenopheno[2,3-b:3’,2’-d] selenophene) will be synthesized and their organic field-effect transistors are going to be investigated. The aim of this study is focused on the exploration of efficient synthetic methodology and revealing of the relationships between the molecular structures and their properties.
