中文摘要: 城市轨道交通地下结构的耐久性对其安全运营具有重要意义。由于受荷载等作用,地下结构常带缝工作,在地下侵蚀环境下引起的非均匀锈蚀将对其耐久性造成了极大的挑战。本项目以带裂缝地下结构材料为研究对象,将对其非均匀锈蚀机理和锈胀破坏过程进行试验和理论研究。主要包括:(1)将研究裂缝形态和分布对氯离子扩散过程和扩散系数的影响,构建带裂缝地下结构混凝土的氯离子扩散方程,预测氯离子浓度分布和起锈时间;(2)将试验研究裂缝宽度、氯离子浓度等对钢筋锈蚀速率的影响,建立带裂缝地下结构混凝土锈蚀电流密度的时变模型,并研究钢筋锈蚀产物分布模式,根据锈蚀产物物理-力学特性建立锈胀应力分布规律;(3)将根据不均匀锈胀应力分布,建立钢筋锈胀破坏的断裂力学分析模型,分析混凝土中裂缝开展全过程;(4)预测带裂缝地下结构混凝土的锈胀过程全寿命。本项目工作将对轨道交通地下结构的锈蚀问题耐久性研究和工程实践具有指导意义。

英文摘要: The durability of the underground structures of urban railway transit is of great importance for the safe operations of railway transit. Suffering the possible actions, such as loads, the underground structures are usually works in cracks, resulting in a non-uniform corrosion in rebars, which is a high risk against durability in the underground corrosive environment. This project will conduct both experimental investigation and theoretical study on the non-uniform corrosion mechanism and the whole fracture process due to corrosion splitting for the cracking materials of underground structure. The main contents includes: (1) the influences of the shape and the distribution of pre-made cracks on the diffusion and diffusive coefficient of chloride ions will be discussed, and a diffusion equation will be formulated for cracking underground structure materials. Then, through calculating the concentration distributions of chloride ions, the durability time when the corroding occurs can be predicted. (2) The influences of the crack width and the chloride concentration on the diffusion rate will be experimentally studied, and the time-variant model of corrosive current density will be formulated for cracking underground structure materials.
