中文摘要: 在日常维护和重大灾害如强震后,对于大型工程结构进行有效的损伤检测是土木工程领域重要的研究课题。目前的研究多将传感器固定在结构构件表面或埋入其内部,这些方法虽然较准确但只对局部检测有效。本项目提出的由PZT传感器组成的智能钢筋自主监测系统,拟对混凝土结构进行局部及整体的损伤监测。本研究拟通过对大型试验梁的实验及对其中应力波传播的分析和数值模拟,分析五波形窄频应力波在钢筋和混凝土界面及介质内部传播的方式,确定内部有局部缺陷如裂缝时所产生的P波和S波的散射异变、历时及振幅的变化方式,提出混凝土局部损伤的评判机理;并根据PZT型智能钢筋网络通道信息,分析确定整体结构损伤面的分布和能量损失指数的变化,提出对整体结构的损伤判断和健康评估机理;研究PZT型智能钢筋的优化和耐久性,包括碳纳米管加固PZT和加强信号等。本项目基于前期研究且更深入理论分析及实际应用,其成果将可用于对重要工程结构的健康监测。

英文摘要: The effective damage detection for large civil infrastructures in routine maintenance or after disaster inspections such as earthquakes is an important research topic in civil engineering. Most of current methods eigher fix sensors on the surfaces of or embed them into structures, which are effective only for getting local damage information. The method proposed here will use the PZT sensor-based smart rebar active sensing system to detect damages for reinforced concrete structure, not only for the local area but also for the whole structure. The study consists of experimental tests of real-size beams, simulation study of the test models, and the study of five-peak narrow-banded burst stress wave's propagation and transmission onto the surface and inside the media of the rebar and concrete. It will analyze the local defects such as cracks by analyzing the dispersion of P-wave and S-wave, the time history of signals and the wave amplitude changes, and put forward a 2D and 3D local damage detection mechanism for the concrete structure;It will study damage surfaces of the structure and the changes of structural damage energy indexes through the information of the smart rebar net work,and will put forward the defect judgment rules and health assessment of the whole structure; It will study the optimization and the s
