中文摘要: 移动互联网业务的爆发式增长对移动通信网络的容量提升提出挑战。挖掘新的资源形态,并通过异构无线网络资源管理提高资源利用率,将对该问题的解决发挥举足轻重的作用。针对现有异构网络资源管理体制在资源拓展及灵活适配方面的不足,本项目在挖掘提炼用户行为特征的基础上,从用户个性和群组特征两方面入手,对异构网络资源适配机制展开研究。首先,挖掘用户的一致性行为特征,并基于网络节点的中心性和弱连接理论构建用户间行为相关性模型,根据无迹卡尔曼滤波理论构建用户群组行为时空特征模型,以揭示异构网络用户个性及群组行为特征。其次,基于模糊数学理论和人工智能技术,构建异构资源归一化映射模型对异质化无线网络资源进行抽象并统一度量。另外,利用用户关联关系特征拓展网络资源形态,构建基于用户行为关系为基础的协作传输机制。最后,基于博弈论、图论等数学工具从用户个性特征和群组特征两个层面对异构网络资源高效适配机制进行研究。

英文摘要: With the explosive increase of traffic in Mobile Internet, the capacity of mobile communication network faces new challenges. It is significant to extract new resource forms and improve the resource utilization through radio resource management in heterogeneous networks to deal with these challenges. However, current radio resource management mechanism in heterogeneous networks is not flexible enough and the resource forms are limited. To remedy the shortcomings of current radio resource management mechanism in heterogeneous networks, this project, which is based on the mining and refining of user characteristics, studies the resource matching mechanism in heterogeneous networks from the perspectives of individual characteristics and group characteristic. First, the consistency of user characteristics is abstracted. To reveal the individual characteristics, an individual user relationship model is formulated based on the central of the nodes and the weak link theory. Besides a group user behavior model is constructed based on the unscented Kalman filter theory to reveal the group characteristics. Second, based on the fuzzy mathematical theory and artificial intelligence technology, a normalized resource mapping model is constructed to abstract and measure the heterogeneous radio resource. By using the relationship among users, the resource forms in the heterogeneous networks are extended and the user relationship-based cooperation transmission mechanism is built. Finally, by using the mathematical tools such as game theory and graph theory high efficiency radio resource matching mechanism is studied from the aspects of individual characteristics and group characteristics.
