中文摘要: 本项目围绕新型组合结构与超高性能混凝土应用这一材料与结构交叉领域课题,提出对RPC预制管混凝土组合柱的基本性能进行试验研究,创新混凝土组合柱的形式和应用范围。通过大量试验和分析揭示RPC预制管组合柱的约束效应与影响因素,建立组合柱的本构关系;对RPC预制管组合柱进行抗压试验和抗震试验,研究组合柱的抗压性能和抗震性能,进而提出组合柱的承载力计算方法和设计方法;设计和试验2种典型的RPC预制管组合柱与混凝土梁的节点形式,研究节点性能和施工方法;最后进行RPC组合柱的抗火试验,对组合柱的抗火性能进行测试和评估。RPC预制管组合柱将RPC的超高抗压强度优势与箍筋约束混凝土的特点相结合,克服了RPC在应用中的成本和工艺障碍,新型组合柱具有良好的承载能力、延性和施工性能。与现有组合柱比较,RPC组合柱在材料成本、抗火性能和维护费用等方面具有突出的优势。本课题将取得一批原创性成果,并推动组合结构的发展。

英文摘要: This project is a cross research field about ultra high performance concrete and composite structure. A new type of concrete composite column, named prefabricated RPC-tube confined RC column, is presented in the application and the basic mechanical properties of this composite column are the main research contents. The confined effect and its influence factors will be revealed and the constitutive relations will be provided through a lot of tests and analysis. The compression tests and low-reversed cyclic loading tests will be conducted for obtaining the compression properties and seismic properties. Then the calculation method of carring capacity of the composite columns can be established. Two types of the beam-column joints need be tested in order to research the structural performance and construction method in the joint zone. Finally, the fire resistance tests will be researched for estimating fire resistance performance of this composite column. The new type of composite column in the application can use the ultra high compressive strength of RPC and the comfinement effect of stirrup confined concrete together and free the difficulties about the heating curing of RPC in construction site.
