中文摘要: 针对目前超微弱发光在植物上的研究刚刚起步,对其与植物的关系所知极少,对其产生的来源和机制几乎未曾涉及的现状,本项目以草莓果实为研究对象(考虑研究目的和突破难易程度而选择的),以果实成熟衰老过程中固有的活性氧积累和能量盈亏特性、而活性氧和能量转换可能作为UWL的主要来源作为切入点,对草莓果实在发育至成熟及衰老过程中的UWL水平、活性氧系统、能量代谢进行了研究,探索UWL与果实成熟衰老的关系及其发生机制;并对活性氧调控、能量调控下的UWL水平、活性氧生成与控制、能量水平及途径进行研究,进一步揭示侧重于活性氧和能量水平的UWL激发机制。本项目的研究对于揭示UWL与非跃变型果实发育及衰老的关系、UWL与植物发育与衰老、植物中UWL产生的来源有重要意义;并为UWL在未来更好地揭示植物信息提供了重要的理论基础,为UWL与植物关系及机制领域的研究提供新思路,对此后的同类研究有直接的借鉴作用。

英文摘要: The research is applied to solve some problems according to the current situation of less knowledge to the role of Ultraweak Luminescence on plants in their developmental stages and it's mechanism of origin in plants field . Linking the point of reactive oxygen accumulation and energy deficiency during maturity and senescence stage of fruit with the point of reactive oxygen and energy as main sources for Ultraweak Luminescence ,Ultraweak Luminescence, reactive oxygen ,energy during ripening and senescence stage of fruit in strawberry will be studied in order to investigate the relationship between Ultraweak Luminescence and development and senescence of nonclimacteric fruits , the mechanism of origin of Ultraweak Luminescence . Furthermore, changing trend of Ultraweak Luminescence , reactive xygen ,energy will be studied to finally find out the mechanism of origin of Ultraweak Luminescence focusing on reactive oxygen and energy on the condition of changing reactive oxygen and energy level . The results will be significant to understand the relationship not only between Ultraweak Luminescence and development and senescence of nonclimacteric fruits but also between Ultraweak Luminescence and them of plants , the origin of Ultraweak Luminescence in plants .
