中文摘要: 运动性Th1/Th2失衡已成为运动免疫学研究热点,也是运动医学亟待解决的课题之一;运动员因大负荷训练造成免疫机能失衡,是导致感染性疾病高发主要诱因,并成为制约竞技能力正常发挥的关键,我们前期研究表明穴位电刺激、艾灸对运动员免疫机能失衡具有良性调节作用。基于此,本项目从学科交叉,治未病角度,以高水平男子摔跤运动员为研究对象,运用针灸预处理方法,在大负荷训练早期介入干预,采用流式细胞术、ELISA及荧光定量PCR技术检测外周静脉血中CD4+T细胞、Th1和Th2亚群数量,血清Th1和Th2特征性细胞因子含量、及调节Th1和Th2分化主要信号传导途径JAK-STAT中细胞因子和转录因子基因表达,在大负荷训练期间5个时间窗口的动态变化,分析比较针灸预处理对Th1/Th2失衡的调节效应,并从细胞及蛋白和基因表达不同水平揭示其作用机制,为保障运动员的身体健康,促进运动训练科学化,提供客观的实验依据。

英文摘要: In competitive sports, immuce imbalance which caused by overload training is the main inducement of leading to infectious disease, it come into be the keyword to restrain competitive ability, and also become the main project to be solve. Our early research discovered acupoint electro-stimulus and moxibustion have a good regulating function to this immue imbalance. Based on it, regarding at high-level wrestling athlete, applying acupuncture pretreatment, we develop the research and hope to disclose the machine of internal secretion and cell factor net and establish a new method to protect athlete health and improve their competitive level. In this research, we will observe this index: CD4+ T cell, Th1 and Th2 sub-group of the peripheral vein blood, Th1 and Th2 mark cell factor of blood, cell factor and transcription factor of modulating Th1 and Th2 differential.
