中文摘要: 目前虚拟装配技术研究仍然集中在基于理想尺寸数模的装配过程模拟上,还停留在设计验证阶段。不充分考虑后续制造和装配偏差对产品最终质量的影响,则很难对实际装配活动提供决策。推动虚拟装配技术在单件、复杂大构件产品的现场装配以及面向增材制造的装配,实现一次性装配成功,是虚拟装配技术面临的最大挑战之一。 课题从国内外的前沿研究和实际需求出发,提出一种全新的、三维几何模型和海量测量数据互融的虚拟装配技术- - 半实物虚拟装配。探索基于胖模型的半实物装配信息模型,研究半实物装配中的几何特征模型、装配约束模型的建模方法,展开对半实物装配的模型定义、表达、融合的研究。通过全局上下文装配特征的配准规则树,揭示半实物装配的配准机理,从而获得面向实际装配的通用方法。开发半实物装配的三维可视化和人机交互技术等支撑工具,展开对半实物模型的碰撞检测、装配路径和装配序列等应用研究,验证课题的方法,探索应用的前景。

英文摘要: Currently, those studies on Virtual assembly are focus on assembly simulations based nominal geometry models. It stayed at validation for design stage. It's difficult to make decision for real assembly process if those manufacturing deviations or errors which they will effect products' qualities heavily. It's one of the most challenges for virtual assembly study to how to apply those technologies into real assembly process. Especially, One-of-a-kind production mode, complicated large-scale structure even for Additive Manufacturing face serious challenges According cutting-edge research topics and the actual needs of domestic and international, the project presents a na?ve, fusion Model with virtual product and measurement information. Its called as quasi-physical virtual assembly. The information model, geometry feature modeling, assembly constraints modeling are also explored. The definition and expression of Quasi-physical model are presented firstly. The project will probe an infiltrative method among nominal geometry models and mensuration cloud points. The infiltrative method will adapt a registration rule tree based global context including assembly process requirements, product manufacture method or types. Those information will be presented by PMI(production manufacturing information). Finally, visualization and human-computer interaction technology, support toolkits are expected to be developed, such as collision detection, assembly path and assembly sequences. The study will extend the area of virtual assembly and benefit to the actual assembly manufacturing applications.
