中文摘要: 重大型装备制造和装配急需现场高效、集成的数字化测量手段,基于多仪器异构平台的网络化测量方法是重点发展方向。本研究创新地借鉴地理信息系统(GIS)中的测量控制网概念,结合精密测量理论,以空间误差演化规律为切入点,研究异构平台下新型网络化测量方法及其性能表现,具体研究内容包括三方面:1)研究基于多观测量交会的空间非均匀误差分布与表达;2)探索异构平台下多重几何约束构建高精度测量控制网的方法;3)研究测量控制网络的优化设计方法及算法,并建立网络性能评价机制。本研究旨在为面向工业制造的大尺度精密测量提供新的精度评估及误差控制手段,为异构平台高精度测量控制网的构建提供理论支持和技术依托。研究目标能很好匹配大型装备数字化制造工艺及过程,具有重要科学研究价值和工程应用潜力。

英文摘要: The large equipment manufacturing and assembling are urgent need of efficient,integrated digital measurement methods,the networking measurement method based on multi-instrument heterogeneous platform is an important developing direction.This research use the concept of survey control network from the geographic information system(GIS) for reference innovatively,and make the evolution of spatial error as the breakthrough point combining with the precision measurement theory,the method and performance of networking measurement in multi-instrument heterogeneous platform are researched.The research includes three specific aspects: 1)the distribution and expression regularity of spatial non-uniform error based on multi-observation intersection are studied; 2)explore the establishing method of high-accuracy measurement control method based on multiple geometric constraints in heterogeneous platform; 3)the optimization design method and algorithm of measurement control network are researched, and the network performance evaluation mechanism is established. This research provides the new method of accuracy evaluation and error control for large-scale precision measurement of industrial manufacturing,and provides the theoretical and technical support for establishment of measurement and control network.The goal of this r
