中文摘要: 本研究计划将着重研究可降解型共轭聚合物与单壁碳纳米管相互作用的关系以及对特定手性单壁碳纳米管的选择原因。具体内容如下: 首先,将具有降解功能的基团/嵌段引入到共轭聚合物体系当中来制备水溶型聚合物,此新型高分子功能材料可通过分子设计调控这些材料的空间构象和组装行为。其次,在单壁碳纳米管/共轭聚合物体系中调控共轭嵌段共聚物在水及其它溶液(及薄膜)中与单壁碳管的选择性自组装行为,并深入研究其光物理性能与空间构象的关系。第三,调控选择合适的手性单壁碳纳米管,最终达到单一手性或单一半导体、金属性单壁碳管的分离;最后,制作、测试器件,揭示该类材料的分子设计-吸附行为之间的关系规律,以期对未来新型结构场效应晶体管的设计与开发提供一定的理论和实践指导。

英文摘要: This project mainly focused on the effect between degradable conjugated polymer and single-wall carbon nanotubes (SWNTs).The research contents are as following: firstly, we introduce degradable group or block into conjugated polymer main chain to obtain water-soluble polymer. Secondly, we will in detail research the conjugated polymer structure, conformation, ratio of degradable unit and main chain on the base of polymer/SWNTs composite as to explore the relationship between them. Thirdly, using this new type polymer to sort SWNTs, the sorting single species or pure metal/semiconducting fractions can be realized. Finally, we also intend to prepare the field effect transistor (FET) based on the sorting SWNTs fraction to check the relationship of polymer structure and its absorption behavior. This research will provide some clues to design new type of SWNTs-FET.
