Clarifying microbial effects on soil phosphorus (P) forms and its key mechanisms is necessary for improving terrestrial environment P biogeochemical cycle theory. In this proposed project, a recent glacial retreat area will be chosen as the study site to study the soil in the early stage of development. The soil with relatively simple soil processes will be studied using a Hedley sequential P fractionation method, nuclear magnetic resonance and high-throughput sequencing to reveal the relationships between soil microorganisms and P forms and to clarify microbial mechanisms in P transformations. The results are useful to improve terrestrial environment P biogeochemical cycle theory, to provide some theoretical guidance for rapid recovery of productivity in geological disaster zone. It is also useful to access to the technology that ecosystems with high productivity are built on a bare land.
