中文摘要: 分子氧作为最清洁的氧化剂参与通过N-H, C-H键的活化反应来构建多取代的杂环化合物是目前有机化学的重大挑战课题之一。本项目主要是想利用氧气或空气为氧化剂通过过渡金属催化合适的含有N-H,sp2或sp3 C-H键的底物来合成一系列的吲哚、吡唑及咪唑等杂环衍生物。探索分子氧在反应过程中氧气活化规律及影响因素,揭示其反应机理,探寻到一条可行的通过分子氧进行N-H和C-H键活化来合成多取代杂环化合物的策略;并且极力推进分子氧构建杂环骨架在天然产物的合成、药物合成领域的应用。

英文摘要: It is one of the major challenge subject that dioxygen as the ideal oxidant participates in the construction of polysubstituted heterocyclic compounds via N-H and C-H activation. The main task of the project is to study the transition metal catalyzed the substrates with acceptable N-H, sp2 and sp3 C-H bonds using oxygen or air as the oxidant to synthesize a series of heteocyclic compounds, such as indoles, pyrazoles and imidazoles, and so on. We want to screen the rules of the activation and influencing factors of dioxygen in the reaction. Then the mechanisms will be illustrated. A novel method of construction polysubstituted heterocyclic compounds using dioxygen as oxidant via N-H and C-H activation is provided; further investigation is to promote the new method of construction heterocyclic compounds using dioxygen as oxidant in the application of synthesis of natural products and medicines.
