中文摘要: γ/γ'型高温合金中γ/γ'两相晶格错配度能够对合金组织演化乃至机械性能产生巨大影响,因此,γ/γ'两相晶格错配度一直是高温合金研究领域内的关键问题。近年来,由于在新型钴基高温合金中发现了具有稳定L12结构的γ'相,钴基高温合金重新成为研究热点。本项目拟采用先进原位同步辐射技术研究新型钴基高温单晶在加热状态下γ/γ'两相晶格错配度变化对组织演化的影响以及在热加载条件下晶格错配度的变化及其对组织演变的影响,总结并揭示新型钴基高温单晶晶格错配度演变与其高温力学行为之间的关系,对新型钴基高温合金的高温服役寿命预测奠定理论基础。这对钴基高温合金的基础研究以及未来应用具有重大的意义。

英文摘要: The γ/γ' lattice parameter mismatch has been shown to be an important material characteristic of single-crytal superalloys, influencing their microstructure evolution and mechanical properties. Recently, the existence of a stable γ' phase with ordered L12 structure was disovered in the new Co-Al-W ternary system. This led to the development of a new cass of high temperature Co-base superalloys with a γ/γ'microsturcture. This proposal mainly aims to measure the γ/γ' lattice mismatch of the new developed Co-base single crytal superalloy during heating and thermal loading using in-situ synchrotron radiation.Meanwile,influence of the lattice mismatch on the microstructure evolution will be aslo investigated in detail. Finally, The relationship between the changing of lattice mismatch and the high temperature mechanical behaviors of the new Co-base single crystal superalloy will be revealed in this study. The implementation of this programm has significane meaning in the prediction of the high-termperatue service-life and application of the new γ/γ' -strengthened Co-base superalloy in future.
