中文摘要: 农作物秸秆是我国的主要生物质资源,热解气化是其主要利用技术之一,也是未来的发展方向。但是秸秆中碱金属含量较高,在热化学利用过程中易转化迁徙,引起系统设备的沾污、腐蚀;而其在转化的同时还参与生物质热化学反应,并有明显的催化作用,且过程形态对催化作用有重要影响。然而秸秆热解气化过程中碱金属的转化迁徙及其与催化的关联耦合的相关研究还鲜见报道。因此,本项目以机理分析为主,辅为大量的实验研究,采用宏观与微观相结合的方法探索秸秆中碱金属(有机和无机)的分布与形态,研究秸秆热解气化过程中碱金属的转化与迁徙规律,并基于化学热动学理论进行碱金属化合物的热力学计算模拟;分析碱金属对秸秆热解气化过程以及热解气化产物品质与理化特性的催化作用,结合碱金属的迁徙过程从本质上揭示碱金属的转化迁徙与催化机制的关联耦合。本项目研究为生物质热化学利用装置的高效洁净运行提供了重要的科学参考,对生物质热解气化技术的发展也有着积极的贡献。

英文摘要: Agriculture waste straw is the main biomass resource in china. Fluidized bed gasification, as one of most promising conversion technology of biomass, is the main utilization direction of straw in the future. However it is easy to cause downstream equipments of straw gasification system contaminated and erosion as straw materials shows higher alkali metal content, and it is liable to transform and migration during the gasification process. At the same time, alkali metal took part in biomass gasification, and showed great catalytic to gasification reaction, which depended on the composition of alkali metals. But, it is rarely reported that the relation and coupling between the transformation and catalytic of alkali compounds during straw gasification in fluidized bed. In the project, the compounds and distribution of alkali metal in straw samples, the transfer behavior during straw gasification, and the influence of alkali metal on the process and the quality and physiochemical property of gasification products are studied in depth with mechanism analyze and experiment investigation. Simultaneously, it is simulated based on thermodynamic and kinetics principle. The relation of transformation and catalytic mechanism of alkali compound is discovered according to its migration behavior during biomass gasification process. The completment of the project supplies great scientific reference for the clean and high efficiency operation of biomass fluidized bed gasification. It is favorable for the development of biomass gasification technology.
