中文摘要: 低频噪声一直是航空航天、船舶等领域结构低噪声设计不可避免的环节。本项目基于分层有限元模型研究复合材料层合板结构的声辐射特性及低噪声设计分析。由于实际复合材料层合板动力学研究的复杂性,本项目拟通过采用分层理论结合有限元,处理复合材料层合板结构的振动环节。鉴于声辐射模态存在正交性和低频特点,将其引入到复合材料层合板结构声辐射环节和低噪声设计与分析过程。低阶声辐射模态幅值对于复合材料层合板结构低噪声设计至关重要。为了便于实际结构低噪声设计分析,提出了对中低频率下的声辐射模态的改进。对于复杂边界条件下复合材料层合结构低阶声辐射模态幅值信息的获取,提出基于声辐射模态正交性的有限点测量法和基于曲线拟合的压电阵列式传感器测量法。在此基础上,对复合材料层合板低噪声的结构参数进行优化设计。并通过试验方法进行分析。 项目研究成果可为复合材料层合板结构的减振降噪提供新思路和新方法,既有理论意义又有实际应用。

英文摘要: Low-frequency noise of vibration structure has been the inevitable aspect of structural low noise design of the aerospace, marine and other areas. In this program, based on the layered finite element models, the acoustic radiation properties and low noise design analysis of the composite laminated plates will be under study. Because of the complexity of kinetics analysis of the actual laminated composite plate, the combination of the layered theory with finite element will be used to process the vibration of laminated composite plates. Acoustic radiation modes,with the characteristic of orthogonality and low frequency, are introduced to the process of the sound radiation and low noise design and analysis of laminated composite plates. Low level acoustic radiation mode amplitude is essential to low noise design of laminated composite plate. In order to facilitate the low noise design analysis of actual structure, the low frequency acoustic radiation modes are supposed to be developed. To obtain the amplitude inforamtion of the low frequency acoustic radiation modes in compliacted boundary conditions, the finite point measurement, which is based on orthogonal radiation modes, and piezoelectric sensor array measurement,which is based on curve fitting, are proposed.
