中文摘要: 随着我国高速铁路及城市轨道交通大规模的发展,铁路引发的振动噪声问题也日益突出,如何从声源上降低铁路噪声已成为国内外学者研究的热点。本项目以降低列车车轮在运行中产生的车轮振动噪声为目的,将结构动力优化原理应用于车轮结构截面声辐射优化设计。在轮轨动力学分模型基础上,利用轮轨动力学有限元数值模拟和边界元声学模拟相结合的方法,结合车轮振动响应灵敏度与声学响应灵敏度分析,以车轮结构尺寸及结构强度等参数为约束条件,建立以车轮结构声辐射功率为目标函数的列车低噪声车轮声辐射优化模型;运用结构-声辐射优化理论与多参数高效寻优的遗传算法,对列车声辐射优化模型求解进行程序设计,确定车轮辐射声功率最小的结构截面设计,实现低噪声车轮的声辐射优化设计。研究成果为我国高速列车车轮振动噪声的控制技术、以及车轮截面参数的减振降噪优化设计提供理论依据和计算分析模型。

英文摘要: With the large-scale development of high-speed rail and urban rail transportation in China,, the noise and vibration problems caused by the railway have become increasingly prominent, and how to reduce the railway noise from the sound source has become the hot spot for domestic and foreign studies. With the reduction of wheel noise and vibration generated by train wheels as the purpose, this study applies the structural dynamic optimization principle to the optimization design of acoustic radiation cross-section on the wheel structure. Based on the dynamics sub-model of wheel-rail, we combine the finite element numerical simulation of wheel rail dynamics and boundary element acoustic simulation method, Combining with the wheel structural dynamic response sensitivity and acoustic response sensitivity analysis,and setting wheel structural strength and wheel structural section parameters as constraints,to establish the low-noise wheel acoustic radiation optimization model of train in which the wheel structural acoustic radiation power is the objective function. we adopt the structure-acoustic radiation optimization theory and the multi-parameter optimization genetic algorithm, to program the optimization of the acoustic radiation optimization model of train and determine the structural section design of minimum whe
