中文摘要: 狼蛛是蜘蛛目第4 大类群(科),属地表游猎型蜘蛛,种类多、数量大,易饲养,是生物防治、基础生物学和动物生态学理想的研究材料,也是蜘蛛系统发育研究的重要对象。但狼蛛科的多样性调查尚未完成,分类研究工作存在许多难点:已知相似种多、属级特征不清、分类系统尚不明显等。本项目拟以与3个世界生物多样性热点区域相关的、我国生物多样性最为丰富的西南地区为调查区域,对该地区的狼蛛展开多样性调查、显微结构观察、亚显微结构研究和DNA条形码分析研究,查清这一地区狼蛛的物种多样性,订正种和属在分类学和地理分布上的错误信息、发现新物种;建立该地区狼蛛多样性与DNA条形码数据库。为下一步进行全国乃至更大范围内的狼蛛分类学研究提供基础资料,为狼蛛科分类系统的建立和系统发育研究奠定基础,也为利用狼蛛进行基础理论研究和应用研究提供更为理想的实验材料。

英文摘要: The wolf spider family Lycosidae is the fourth largest group of Araneae, which owns 120 genera and 2387 species in the world. They often hunt on the ground of natural and artificial circumstances. They can be raised easily and best used for biological control of pest, basal biological research and zooecological study. Also, they are important for the research of spider phylogeny. While in China, up to now, though 22 genera and 290 species are recorded, the survey of Chinese wolf spiders is far from clear and there are many problems in taxonomy of this group need to be solved, such as a large number of similar species which can not be easily distinguished from each other, unclear characters of genus level and uncompleted categorizing systems. This program will be focused on Southwest China, which is related with three biodiversity hotspots of the world and owns the highest species diversity of China. Wolf spiders of this area will be comprehensively explored, identified based on morphological observation, SEM study and DNA barcode analyzing. The aims of this program are to clarify the wolf spiders' diversity of Southwest China, make a revision on species and genera's level and discover undescribed species or genera of this group.
