中文摘要： 以传统思维和互联网思维整合和用户参与全流程的体验为研究视角，从参与者行为过程、决策、大数据分享/共享、合作共赢的生态圈关系、协调方式、策略和方法等方面研究O2O业务模式下的供应链参与者决策和协调机制问题，揭示该供应链参与者行为、决策、合作等方面所显现或蕴含的特征、趋向、过程及其机制的共性构成，发现它的特征和变化规律。通过对该供应链决策和协调机制及方法的研究可以帮助整个供应链上的不同利益参与者提高决策效率，帮助主导企业建立协调机制，构建合作共赢生态圈，为O2O业务模式下的供应链高效协调运行提供理论基础和应用指导。研究包括三个方面的内容：（1）供应链参与者决策问题研究；（2）供应链参与者作用问题的研究；（3）供应链合作/协调机制的研究。项目的理论创新之处在于（1）一种不同的、新的研究视角；（2）供应链合约理论和协调理论的发展；（3）供应链管理研究的扩展；（4）研究方法上的创新。

英文摘要： This research is about decision and coordination mechanism of supply chain under the O2O business model, which is from the perspective of Integrating traditional thinking with Internet thinking and User's experience in whole process and includes the following aspects such as participant behavior decision making, data sharing, win-win cooperation relationship with the ecological circle and coordination methods & strategies. It will reveal the general characteristics, trend, process and mechanism of supply chain members in their behavior, decision-making, and cooperation under the business model, and discover its characteristics and varying pattern. The research on decision and coordination mechanism of supply chain and its implementation methods can improve the decision-making efficiency among different supply chain participants, help leading enterprises to establish coordination mechanism and construct win-win cooperation ecological circle, and provide supply chain coordination mode under O2O business model with theoretical basis and application guidance. This research includes the following three aspects:(1) The research of supply chain participants' decision-making; (2) The research of supply chain participants' effect; (3) The research of supply chain cooperation/ coordination mechanism. The theoretical innovation of this research lies in:(1) A different, new research perspective; (2) The development of supply chain contract theory and coordination theory; (3) Extending supply chain management research; (4) Innovation on research method.
