中文摘要: 生物质缓冲包装制品是目前塑料类、纸浆模塑类等缓冲包装制品的理想替代品,其配伍机理、成型机理相关研究是当前国内外学者研究的热点和难点。目前制约产业发展的两大关键问题是:第一,提高纤维含量,可降低成本,保证制品力学性能,但同时会导致材料流变性降低,成型困难;第二,为提高制品缓冲性能,要求泡孔结构具有形状一致性和分布均匀性,这给成型过程控制带来很大挑战。 针对以上瓶颈问题,本项目以生物质缓冲包装制品的"配伍机理-成型机理-基础应用"为主线,首先,研究生物质缓冲包装材料成分配伍机理,重点研究配伍过程中的原材料定向处理机制和固液共容均相体流变特性优化;其次,研究生物质缓冲包装材料的成型机理,重点研究成型过程中的气泡生长机理、水桥联结机理和纤维吸附取向的可控性;最后,在配伍机理、成型机理的研究基础上,实现混配、成型工艺的精确控制。

英文摘要: Biomass cushion packaging is generally thought of as an ideal substitution of usual industrial packaging such as plastic cushion packaging, pulp molding productions. At present, the research about its compatibility and forming mechanism are hot research topics both at home and abroad.There are two key problems restricting its industrial development at present. Firstly, improving fiber content can reduce costs, ensure mechanical properties of products, but it will result that materials' rheological property decreases and forming becomes difficult. Secondly, to improve product buffer performance requires the bubble be consistency-shaped and well-distributed, which brings a lot of challenges to the control of forming process. According to the bottleneck problems, the main line of this project is based on the "compatibility mechanism-forming mechanism- basic applications". First of all, the composition compatibility mechanism of biomass cushion packaging material is discussed, especially for the directional processing mechanism of raw materials and the optimization of forming characteristics for solid-liquid soluble homogeneity.
