中文摘要: 通过在SOFC电极和连接体界面处添加界面材料,能够显著提升SOFC电池输出性能,然而对其提升的作用规律和机理尚有待研究。本项目拟从起调控作用的界面材料特性及其与邻近部件间的相互作用角度出发,在实际大尺寸电堆及其实际运行环境下,原位研究界面材料结构、电导率及其与邻近部件间的表观形貌粗糙匹配度和界面结合力对电池输出性能的影响规律。在此基础上,通过设计体电导率一致而表面电导率不同的界面接触方法,并在界面处埋入超薄电压引线,对电池阴极与连接体间界面处的电子传递特性与规律展开研究,分析界面材料特性对界面处电子传输路径的作用规律及其由此产生的对电池输出性能的影响。据此,总结并提出电极与连接体间界面材料的设计方法,阐明界面材料影响电池输出性能的作用机理,进而为实现界面调控、改善电池输出性能提供理论指导、技术方案与实验依据。

英文摘要: The performance of solid oxide fuel cells (SOFCs) can be improved greatly by adding contact materials between electrodes and interconnects. However, the improvement of stack performance and its application are restricted due to lacking the research of impactor on interfacial contact, and its affecting mechanism, resulting in blindness of contact design during SOFC development. In this project, the morphology,conductivity, surface roughness of contact materials marching with its neighboring components, and interfacial binding force between contact materials and its neighboring components on stack performance are investigated. In addition, specifal contact method is designed and ultra-thin voltage leads is embeded on the surface between elctrodes and interconnects to investigated the properties of electric transfer at interface on cathode side, and the effect of contact materials on electric transfer is discussed. Based on the above research, the factors on designing interfacial contact between electrodes and its neighboring interconnects are summarized and put forward. And the mechanism of contact materials on regulating interfacial contact is clarified, thus providing the theoretical guidance and experimental evidence for designing, selection and addition of CCCL, controlling interfacial contact and improvement of SOFC output performance.
