中文摘要: 如何利用采样观测数据直接对具有异向性空间结构特征的三维地理现象进行可靠的三维空间场插值重建不仅是三维空间分析的重要问题也是3DGIS的基本功能需求。本项目将空间结构分析方法与径向基函数(RBF)插值理论相结合,发展三维空间场RBF插值模型和插值方法。通过对地理现象观测数据在三维地理空间变化方向的解析以及不同方向上空间结构的分析和参数提取,建立三维空间场的异向性空间结构表达式;由此建立RBF变换模型,将各向同性基函数变换为各向异性基函数,并进一步构建各节点(三维观测点)的各向异性RBF插值模型;探索节点RBF插值模型的局部作用范围和影响半径的自适应确定以及由局部插值逼近全局插值的快速解算方法,进行待插点属性RBF插值的快速和稳健计算,实现三维空间场的RBF插值重建。为三维地理现象的空间分析提供新型、有效和可靠的三维空间插值方法,促进3D GIS的发展,丰富地学定量分析和地理计算的理论和方法。

英文摘要: How to use the sampled and measured data of three dimensional geographic phenomena with anisotropic spatial structures to directly implement effective and reliable three dimensional spatial field reconstruction is not only a fundamental problem of three dimensional spatial analyses but also a basic functional requirement of 3D GIS. We try to combine the theories of radical basis function (RBF) interpolation with the approaches of spatial structure analysis in this project to develop novel RBF interpolants and spatial interpolation approaches for reconstruction of three dimensional fields with anisotropic spatial structures. Through analyzing variation directions of sampled data of geographic phenomena in three dimensional spaces, the spatial structure parameters in different directions are analyzed and extracted using directional variograms generation and fitting, and an anisotropic spatial structure expression for three dimensional spatial fields is constructed. A transformation model is thus constituted with this anisotropic spatial structure expression to transform isotropic RBFs into anisotropic ones. With these anisotropic basis functions, the anisotropic RBF interpolants for three dimensional spatial field reconstruction can be further developed.
