中文摘要: 癌症的早期诊断和治疗长期以来一直是医学领域试图攻克的难题,而目前肿瘤的诊断和治疗是相对独立的两过过程,难以满足临床癌症的早期诊断和治疗的要求。纳米技术的介入为其提供了一个集早期诊断、实时监测、定位诊断与个性化干预于一体的治疗系统。然而基于纳米材料的单一成像模式已经不能满足对肿瘤进行准确定位诊断。因此,研发新型多功能纳米诊疗制剂具有重要的意义。本项目将设计一种安全的、多功能的智能纳米探针用于肿瘤多模式成像以及成像导航下的肿瘤光热治疗,利用该纳米材料的强近红外吸收和磁学性质可进行光声-磁共振双模式成像,有效的提高肿瘤成像的穿透深度、空间分辨率和灵敏度,对肿瘤进行准确定位诊断。该智能化纳米探针还可以作为光热试剂进行肿瘤的热成像和光热治疗,从而实现肿瘤的诊断与治疗一体的治疗方法,有望开发一种新型的多功能纳米诊疗剂,为恶性肿瘤治疗这一重大难题提供新的技术。

英文摘要: Early diagnosis and treatment of cancer for long time has been a medicine problem, and the diagnosis and treatment of tumor are two relatively independent process in the present, which is difficult to meet the requirements of clinical early diagnosis and treatment of cancer. Nanotechnology provides a platform for tumor early diagnosis, real-time monitoring, diagnosis and personalized intervention treatment. However, a single imaging mode based on nanomaterial can not meet the demand. Therefore, it is very important to develop novel multifunctional nano-theranostics. In this project, we will design a kind of non-toxic, multifunctional smart nano-probe for tumor multimodal imaging and imaging-guided photothermal therapy. Utilizing the intrinsic high near-infrared absorbance and magnetic properties of nano-probe, in vivo dual modal photoacoustic and magnetic resonance imaging are carried out, significant improving the tumor imaging penetration depth, spatial resolution and sensitivity. The intelligent nano-probe can also be used as a thermal agent for tumor thermal imaging and photothermal therapy, realizing the diagnosis and treatment of tumor in one single system. We expect to develop novel multifunctional nano-theranostics, and provide a new technology for cancer treatment.
