中文摘要： 在知识经济和市场机制条件下，以高等教育与区域产业协同创新为切入点，扩展和完善高等教育制度构建理论和框架，研究以学科-专业-产业链为基层学术组织制度的区域高等教育协同创新治理问题。运用学科-专业-产业链的制度构建理论，设计多层次多元利益相关主体参与的区域高等教育协同创新治理体系，以及与之相匹配的区域高等教育协同创新治理原则和机制，综合应用案例研究、实践探索、比较研究和实证研究等方法对区域高等教育协同创新治理体系进行系统分析和理论命题检验，运用基于利益相关者的制度分析理论对区域高等教育协同创新治理原则的信度与效度进行综合评估与优选，在理论和实证研究基础上，系统构建基于学科-专业-产业链的区域高等教育协同创新治理理论。以宁波市建立国家教育与产业协同创新试验区为契机，研究并指导区域高等教育协同创新治理实践和大学基层学术制度改革，促进区域高等教育治理体制和治理能力建设，更好为区域经济社会服。

英文摘要： Under the condition of knowledge economy and the market mechanism, this program studied on regional higher education's collaboration innovation about the primary academic organizational institution which exists as the Subject-Profession-Industry Chain. We started from the collaboration innovation between the higher education and regional industry, extended and completed the theory building and framework of the higher educational institution. Then, using the institution construction theory of the Subject-Profession-Industry, we designed the collaborative innovation mechanism for the regional high education which involved the multi-level and diversified stakeholders, the matched governance discipline and mechanism of collaborated innovation in the regional higher education. Furthermore, from integrated application of the methods including case studies, practical exploration, comparative research, and empirical study, we analyzed the collaboration innovative governance institution systematically and examine the theory proposition; comprehensively assessed and selected the principle's validity and reliabity with the stakeholder theory. Finally, based on the theory and empirical study, we will build the collaboration innovation governance theory of the regional higher education using the Subject-Profession-Industry Chain theory. The program implication is that with the establishment of Ningbo national educational and industrial collaborative innovation pilot zone, this research guided the collaborative innovation governance practice as well as the university revolution of the primary academic institution, and also contributed to the mechanism and capability building of the regional higher education governance, benefited to the regional economic society in the meanwhile.
